This annual event is all about taking action to tackle the water crisis. How can you help?
- Spread the word. Make March 22nd about water. Tell your coworkers, your spouse and even your kids that today is World Water Day and all that it stands for.
- Tweet or post to Facebook using the hashtag #WorldWaterDay. It can be about anything related to water conservation. For example, you could could Tweet "Turn off the faucet when you brush your teeth. #WorldWaterDay" or post "Use center pivots to irrigate your crops. #WorldWaterDay" on your Facebook page.
- The only wrong way to celebrate World Water Day is to not tell others about World Water Day.
